a month agoRushed from start to finish. Came in for the scalp treatment and they tried to skip the scalp analysis part which is one of the main reasons why people even go. When I asked for the analysis, they rolled their eyes and tried to start it up. Only then did they offer what they were supposed to (drinks while you wait, offering to also see my mom when they previously said no, etc.). They eventually told me that the scalp analysis machine wasn’t working but mind you they had ALREADY put product in my hair. In the end, they told me they could just show me pictures of my clean scalp after the treatment instead? They literally just took the photos, showed it to me for 5 seconds, then took it away. Also, I came in with my dad at the exact same time for the exact same treatment but somehow he finished over 20 minutes before me? Definitely not tourist friendly. Definitely considering disputing this on my card because had I known the analysis wasn’t working, I would not have gone. Had they told me any of this BEFORE they fully put product in my hair, I would not have continued with the treatment. I do understand my part in why they’d want to rush- I made my appointment super last minute towards the end of the day and ran 15 minutes late because im unfamiliar to the area. Regardless, I would’ve appreciated it more if they had told me they didn’t have the time to properly do the treatment rather than squeezing me in and giving me what felt like the bare minimum. I am paying full price for this experience in the end.

7 months agoHad the special hair spa and a haircut with Minjeong here and felt very taken care of even though I don’t speak Korean! The hair spa was amazing, I was able to get a full report on my scalp analysis in English and my hair felt so healthy afterwards. Minjeong is also very sweet and did a great job with my haircut!
